Supervise and support a team of 3 accounting staff. Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close. Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. Maintain and improve internal controls and procedures. Qualifications
Proven experience as a Controller. Law firm accounting experience is required. Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop. Strong leadership and team management skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
