Project Description
You will be joining the team, responsible for real-time stream processing, scalable backend microservices, and robust cloud-native data architecture. The work spans from high-throughput Flink pipelines to Kafka-based event architectures, containerized deployments on AWS, and collaboration with frontend and analytics teams.

What You\'ll Do
Develop and maintain real-time data streaming applications using Apache Flink (Java DataStream API); Optimize stateful/stateless streaming logic (windows, joins, triggers, etc.); Build event-driven microservices for processing and analytics pipelines; Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure the stability and scalability of streaming systems in production; Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams on CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation; Participate in on-call rotation for production support and incident resolution; Contribute to the design of new APIs and cloud-native architecture; Optionally mentor junior engineers and lead small technical initiatives;
Job Requirements
5+ years of professional software engineering experience; Advanced Java programming experience (Flink/DataStream API); Solid knowledge of Apache Kafka and real-time data processing; Comfortable writing and reviewing Python code; Proficiency in SQL, especially PostgreSQL; Familiarity with CI/CD tools, testing frameworks, and version control; Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes; Prior exposure to AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile, remote environment; Good verbal and written English (B2+);
