The Global Technology division manages the critical systems and platforms that form the backbone of the company’s retail, commercial instructional businesses, and key support functions around the world. We develop and deploy leading-edge technology in areas such as mobile and online banking, payments processing, technology infrastructure, cyber-security, risk and capital management, and enterprise data management. Our Global Technology Summer Analyst Programs provide a unique experience based on your interests, development opportunities, and current business needs. The Summer program is a 10-week experience designed to provide Summer Analysts exposure to life at Bank of America and meaningful contributions to the team. The program begins with an in-person week-long orientation and induction to the firm with networking opportunities. You will receive Bank/Line of Business information and network with peers and Enterprise leaders across Summer Campus programs. Summer Analysts are given an associate-level experience, with assignments mirroring full-time responsibility and including goal-setting and a formal review process. Regardless of the role you take, every intern will have strong learning opportunities through trainings, professional development, networking events, volunteer activities, speaker series, and more. During your 10 weeks, you’ll strengthen key skills to help start your career and make an impact on our business from day one. What We Offer

Considered candidates are required to be pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree from an accredited college or university. Eligible candidates must have a graduation timeframe between November 2026 and August 2027. Degree Type : Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree Candidates should be in their penultimate year of school Masters candidates should have no more than 0 years of experience Graduation Dates : November 2026 – August 2027 Major/Course of Study : Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field GPA : 3.5 minimum GPA preferred Candidates for our Global Technology programs should possess: Fundamental knowledge of programming languages, data visualization tools, application frameworks, distributed systems, and databases Ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities Strong influencing skills with the ability to influence across levels Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and teamwork Excellent written and oral communication skills Curiosity, drive for excellence, and a commitment to sustainable results; solid academic and technical skills in Microsoft Office; leadership, teamwork, problem solving, analytical abilities, and professionalism Our Recruitment Process

Key tasks and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Providing analytical, strategic, and technical skills to design, develop, implement, and use state-of-the-art cybersecurity solutions to reduce risk Delivering innovative capabilities in a team environment and aligning work with business needs Responding to, researching, measuring, detecting, and mitigating security attacks at network and application layers Working on moderately scoped problems requiring analysis of situational factors Participating in global incident management and event management processes Supporting the production of metrics to track remediation activities Supporting information security activities including strategy and policy development, vulnerability management, and incident response Recommended Skillsets : Coursework in Cyber Security, Networking, Information Systems, or Programming Knowledge of industry trends and the current threat landscape Ability to analyze and correlate information from diverse enterprise technologies Interest in a global cybersecurity career within financial services Strong problem solving and innovative thinking abilities Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with diverse teams Proven teamwork and leadership capabilities; ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bank of America is unable to consider candidates who will require visa sponsorship now or in the future for this specific role.
