Our experienced team of underwriters, claims attorneys and marketing professionals work hand-in-hand to deliver effective solutions for public, private and nonprofit clients.The Executive Liability Division is looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer to join their team. We follow a hybrid schedule, with employees working from the office two days a week - address 1475 Woodfield Road - Schaumburg, IL 60173 - free parkingThe ideal candidate should have experience in **.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework Core, HTML, CSS**, and front-end frameworks like **Angular**. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team. The candidate should also have experience in developing web applications and be familiar with the latest web development technologies. Hands-on experience integrating **AI/ML** solutions into applications is a plus.**Key Responsibilities:*** Design, develop, test, document and maintain application programs.* Develop and optimize APIs, microservices, and backend logic.* Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.* Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.* Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.**Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.* 3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.* Proficiency **in .NET and C#.*** Working experience of front-end frameworks like **Angular**.* Experience with **RESTful APIs, microservices** architecture.* Experience with developing and maintaining **CI/CD pipelines** using Azure DevOps or other tools is a plus.* Familiarity with **design patterns** (e.g., MVC, Singleton, Factory, etc.).* Familiarity with **GitHub Copilot** and other AI-assisted development tools.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Strong communication skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**Business Unit:**Executive Liability**Salary Range:**$85,000.00 -$95,000.00**Benefits:**Compensation varies by role, position level, and location.
