As a Software Engineer: Release Manager, you will be part of the Resiliency Organization responsible for building and maintaining the platform that powers safe, reliable, and automated deployments across Cloudflare. You will join the Deploy@Scale team to shape deployment automation and release safety. The Release Manager platform orchestrates progressive deployments, supports health-mediated rollouts, and automates release workflows at scale to make deployments seamless, predictable, and observable for all engineering teams across Cloudflare. You will help advance the infrastructure that enables fast, safe delivery of changes to production, supporting the reliability and velocity of Cloudflare’s global network. Desirable skills, knowledge and experience
At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience on meaningfully complex systems. Experience building both backend systems and frontend widgets. Ability to contribute to planning, development, and execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability. Experience implementing tools, processes, internal instrumentation, and methodologies. Comfortable working on projects with tight deadlines and short release cycles. Strong verbal and written English language skills. Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location. For Washington D.C. based hires: Estimated annual salary of $154,000 - 188,000. Equity
