Responsibilities
Monthly billing of all jobs (Internal and External ERP Systems). Review and obtain all supplier lien waivers to match billing requirements. Review, analyze, and post, Change Work Alerts, Change Orders, and Time and Material tickets into ERP System. Support project manager, project teams, accounting team, and office management with financial needs of the office as requested Perform weekly payroll functions Attend and participate in all required company training. Promote and support all company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Education: 2 year college associate degree 1 – 2 years of commercial construction experience in project accounting or project controls. Bilingual (English/Spanish), Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Knowledge of Payroll and General Ledger Experience with Penta and/or Textura Ability to read and interpret contract documents, work in progress reports, operating income statements, general ledger accounts, and balance sheets.
