UKG Analyst

The UKG Analyst will play a crucial role in configuring and implementing UKG modules for a freight transport client. This is a fully remote, 6-month contract position, requiring work during Eastern time zone hours. The successful candidate will ensure the system is ready for a go-live date in June 2025, working closely with stakeholders to advocate for best practices and effective use of the system, which is integrated with Oracle Fusion. Key Responsibilities: • Configure UKG modules: Time, Accruals, Attendance, and Company Managed Leave • Advocate for effective processes and practices surrounding the use of the system and UKG DX clocks • Work with a system integrated with Oracle Fusion Required Qualifications: • Experience configuring UKG Time, Accruals, Attendance, and Company Managed Leave modules • Understanding of UKG Best Practices for Implementation/Migration • Extensive knowledge of UKG APIs • End-to-end testing and managing the testing process • Experience in multiple roles within the UKG ecosystem • 5+ years of recent experience implementing UKG WFM solutions • Expertise in migrating from Kronos iSeries to UKG WFM • 5+ years of recent experience utilizing UKG APIs • Configuring, downloading, and rolling out UKG DX Clocks General Skills: • Excellent organizational skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to summarize for executives/management • Proficient in requirements gathering and facilitation • Ability to serve as a UKG evangelist across the organization • Good training skills to teach business and IT teams • Experience managing tradeoffs, risks, and adapting to change • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills • Strategic thinking and time management skills Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.
