Senior Financial Analyst, Treasury Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Treasury for a direct hire opportunity with a financial services client. Responsibilities: Create and maintain reporting tools required to assess liquidity position including dashboards, cash flow, and KRI monitoring. Support initiatives to comply with large financial institution regulatory requirements and reporting such as LCR, NSFR, 2052a. Support liquidity risk stress testing through monthly execution, development of scenarios, data analysis, and testing. Examine internal and external data to support all liquidity risk management functions including peer benchmarking analysis. Execute economic, industry, and regulatory research. Evaluate proposed regulations and provide impact analysis. Collaborate with risk management, internal audit, and model validation to ensure processes and procedures are appropriate, executed, and follow Company and regulatory guidelines. Assist other teams in the Corporate Treasury department on asset/liability management, loan and deposit pricing, capital planning activities, and other ad-hoc assignments as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree and/or certification such as CFA or CPA preferred. Experience in the banking industry (Finance, Risk, Audit, Business Intelligence, or Product team) highly preferred. Ability to generate high quality work product with strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to summarize analysis and research clearly and concisely in verbal and written form. Ability to identify process gaps and weaknesses. Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities noted above. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required . Experience with Power BI, Visio, and VBA beneficial. Experience with database reporting and programming tools such as SQL, R, Python, etc. beneficial.
