Contracts Management Analyst

CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT ANALYST The company is seeking a junior Contracts Management Analyst to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD. Responsibilities Prepare acquisition documents reflecting technical and operational requirements for Government approval, including service contract approval requests (SCAs), PWSs, SOWs, SOOs, labor category descriptions, J&As, IGCEs, QASPs, acquisition plans, strategies, and limited competition memos. Support proposal evaluation processes and assist PEO IEWS post-award by preparing monthly status updates, funds expended, and variance analyses highlighting significant issues. Facilitate contract invoice processing through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Input data into portfolio management databases, review for accuracy, and generate validated reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, contract management, procurement, or acquisition, or 2 years of related experience with DAWIA Level I certification in lieu of degree. Minimum of 1 year experience in DoD acquisition management, program management, or contract management. Security Clearance Active DoD Top Secret/SCI – CI Poly clearance required. Travel Some travel may be required.
