Job Description Summary Note: This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 2-3 per week averaging 10-12 days per month in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Office. Job Description Raymond James is seeking a well-rounded Senior Project Financial Analyst to join our Technology Finance Business Management team. Analyze project financial data in the ServiceNow SPM module and ensure the quality of the data for business units within the Information Technology (IT) organization. Applies specialized domain knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Makes judgements and recommendations based on analysis and knowledge. Responsibilities: Assists with administrative deliverables within the ServiceNow SPM module. Assists with monitoring team inbox and fields questions from PMO Organization. Analyzes reports and data quality. Works closely with Project Management Team to provide guidance and assistance with project charter creation and review. Assists in user testing for biannual system upgrades. Assists with Month End processing once a quarter. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Skills/Previous Experience: Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience or a combination of education, training and experience is preferred. Financial services industry experience is a big plus. Experience with ServiceNow SPM module is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of: Analysis, data, and metrics; Project Financials; Time tracking systems (preferably Service Now). Skill in: Reviewing, interpreting, and analyzing financial information; using required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and dashboards. Ability to: Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities; clearly convey information and ideas; develop and implement solutions; remain current with developments in areas of expertise; develop and sustain productive client relationships; work non-standard hours as needed. Licenses/Certifications: None required.
