Functional Consultant/ IT/OT SME

We are seeking a Functional Consultant / IT/OT SME to support the design and implementation of manufacturing systems and IT/OT architecture for a new factory. The ideal candidate will provide expert consultation on IT and operational technology (OT) integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities Consult, review, and support the design of manufacturing systems and IT/OT architecture. Assess and design technology stack requirements from Level 2 to Level 4 in the ISA-95 framework. Develop and evolve Manufacturing IT architecture to align with business objectives and priorities. Recommend appropriate Smart Factory technology platforms based on business needs. Provide reference architecture for smart factory solutions, considering long-term priorities. Collaborate with internal business and IT stakeholders to drive solution discussions and ensure seamless integration. Required Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in Manufacturing IT/OT systems architecture and ISA-95 framework implementation. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES), SCADA, IIoT, and Smart Factory technologies. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud-based Smart Factory solutions. Familiarity with IT/OT cybersecurity best practices. Certifications in Industry 4.0 technologies or related areas.
