Description
Morgan Automotive Group’s Shared Accounting Center is seeking a Warranty/Products Accounting Clerk to join our growing team in South Florida.

Compensation : Competitive pay based on experience. Key Responsibilities Process product payments with vendors including JM&A, TRU and Dealer General. Submit and manage cancellations for each product vendor. Post vendor payment statements (e.g. JM&A, Tru etc.) in DMS. Issue cancellation refunds to customers as needed. Maintain related accounting schedules, including notations and necessary journal entries. Qualifications Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas & V LOOKUP. Strong attention to detail, integrity and work ethic. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with peers and customers.
