We are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous
Senior Full-Stack Web Developer
to lead the development, optimization, and technical support of our marketing web properties. This role is ideal for a developer with a strong AI-first mindset, deep technical expertise, and a passion for driving performance through data-driven experimentation and personalization. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, web, and tech teams to enhance user experience, maintain a scalable architecture, and support campaign execution with full ownership of the codebase and digital assets. Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Breakdown 15%: Collaborating with technical and web teams. 50%: Hands-on coding and development work. 35%: Cross-team collaboration and enhancement initiatives. Full-Stack Web Development Maintain, enhance, and optimize all front-end and back-end aspects of the marketing website. Code responsive, cross-browser compatible web pages using React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Maintain and evolve the code repository, ensuring clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Support the marketing team by implementing and maintaining landing pages, blog templates, and campaign assets. Own all digital assets and ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives. Collaborate with IT/server teams for deployment, hosting, and infrastructure troubleshooting. Implement ADA compliance and accessibility best practices across all web properties. Optimize website performance, speed, security, and mobile responsiveness. Integrate and manage analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g., Celebrus, Google Marketing Suite). Set up and monitor website KPIs; build dashboards for marketing stakeholders. Document workflows and codebase changes in a format accessible to non-technical team members. Act as a subject-matter expert for web technologies and educate the marketing team on new capabilities. Ensure compliance with data privacy, uptime/reliability, and legal standards. Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience with ContentStack CMS and version control systems. Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Celebrus and Google Marketing Suite. AI-first mentality with the ability to build and leverage AI systems to automate routine tasks. Strong understanding of technical SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization. Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS.
