As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses, receiving dedicated classes for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. You will learn foundational skills for advising clients, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships and guiding clients to solutions that fit their financial needs and life goals, while delivering humanized financial interactions. Upon achieving key milestones, you will work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care. The Academy will provide ongoing support through programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey. Progression from Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to Stage II involves applying the skills learned to grow and deepen client relationships within a portfolio. After success as a Stage II advisor, there are opportunities to advance in many roles within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy supports you with structured programs and resources along the way. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. You will be required to register and complete the SAFE Act background check; failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination. Grow your business knowledge by using a defined consultative approach with clients to identify needs and provide solutions. Earn Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66) with structured study time. Obtain SIE within 30 days of hire and Series 7 & 66 within 120 days. Build your network by interacting with banking customers, small business owners, and higher-net-worth clients at a financial center. Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals and life priorities. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions across Bank of America and Merrill. Responsibilities Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
