Henard Metal Fabricators is looking for a structural modeling specialist who may not know Tekla yet but understands how buildings are built. If you've worked in construction, architecture, or 3D modeling and want to work on fast-paced steel projects that go from drawings to real buildings in a matter of weeks, we want to hear from you.

We’ll train you in Tekla Structures software and support your relocation to Kingsport, TN.

What You’ll Do:

Convert construction drawings into steel models and shop drawings

Use Tekla Structures (training provided) to support fabrication detailing

Resolve constructability issues before fabrication

Collaborate with engineers and fabricators

Work on projects with short turnaround times

Requirements

Background in construction design, engineering, drafting, or architecture

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or similar)

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Tech-savvy and eager to learn new 3D modeling platforms

Strong attention to detail and team mindset

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Must be willing to relocate to Kingsport, TN within 8 weeks
