# Head Start Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health ConsultantCommunity Action Pioneer Valley### Job Description**Head Start Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant**CAPV Head Start & Early Learning Programs is seeking a skilled and thoughtful individual to join our team of Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Consultants in providing reflective, capacity-building support to educators, staff, parents, and caregivers of young children ages 0-5 in Hampshire, Franklin and Western Hampden counties. Consultants engage in child/classroom observation, scaffolding emotionally- and trauma-responsive teaching practices, psychoeducation to staff and families, and facilitate referrals to providers in the community.Must be a Masters-level licensed mental health professional with at least 1 year of early childhood mental health experience. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
