The Opportunity As a DevOps engineer, you know how to set up cloud environments and provision computer networking, storage, and virtual networks—ultimately, how to “harness the cloud.” We’re looking for an experienced DevOps infrastructure engineer to support our clients as they modernize their IT infrastructures and meet their most challenging missions. You’ll work closely with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions, applying your skills within a DevOps framework to establish or provision virtual machines or networks and use cloud service providers to further your clients’ meaningful missions. YOU HAVE
Experience with Linux based environment administration
Experience with testing, implementing, deploying, maintaining, and administering infrastructure hardware and software for cybersecurity
Experience with developing, creating, modifying, and maintaining computer applications, software, or specialized utility programs for cybersecurity
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in DevOps, or 8+ years of experience in DevOps in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have
Experience with integrating third-party components, introduction of new custom capabilities, modification of existing code, process improvement recommendation, and automation of operations and maintenance tasks
Experience with Splunk, Oracle or SQL based platforms, and Python
Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA) Certification
Clearance: Top Secret
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
