The IT Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for managing work packages to ensure project deliverables are met, collaborating with IT Infrastructure, Network Services, Service Support, IT Operations, Application Development, and Business Unit teams. This role provides Tier 3 proactive and reactive service and performance management for mission-critical systems, ensuring proper design, testing, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of software and services in alignment with operations standards and service quality expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage multiple work assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables. Conduct complex root cause analysis to identify and resolve performance problems impacting IT Infrastructure. Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure supporting complex and heterogeneous corporate data and voice systems. Develop and maintain patch management strategies to ensure secure computing environments. Administer system platforms and applications, ensuring performance and operational efficiency. Monitor performance data to detect current issues and proactively prevent potential future problems. Develop and enhance processes to increase operational efficiency, including process guidelines and documentation. Manage Project Management Database and create reports/dashboards to support decision-making. Collaborate with management on financial efficiency and resource planning. Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to users on system issues and maintenance concerns. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Provide on-call production support on a rotating basis. May include limited supervisory responsibilities and project/process improvement initiatives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Computer Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field. Experience in IT infrastructure management, system administration, and providing technical/analytical solutions. Knowledge of computer operating systems, storage virtualization, compute virtualization, hypervisors, networking, hardware, and Active Directory. Experience with Windows, Linux/Unix systems, and Azure Cloud environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently or as part of a team and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail. Willingness to work in various locations including field, construction centers, and main office. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications. Advanced understanding of VMware vSphere, virtualization, and cloud technologies. Experience with system backup platforms, deployment, and management. Certifications: ITIL, MCSE, VCP, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, MS 365. Solid foundation in Windows/Linux system management, scripting, storage virtualization, and enterprise-class backup platforms. Experience providing financial and operational analytical support. SOFT SKILLS

Strong initiative and accountability, able to work with minimal supervision. Effective interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize multiple critical work assignments in a fast-paced environment. Ability to make independent decisions and provide actionable recommendations.
