The Shaker Hill Pet Resort is looking for a Resort Manager! We are in search of an experienced and positive professional who will treat our guests, and clients, with the highest quality of care! This position is responsible for: Managing the day to day operations of a busy, successful, Pet Resort Promoting and providing exceptional customer service to our clients Working hands on with both the dogs and cats and ensuring their care is top notch Coaching Resort personnel to help them perform at their best Updating and maintaining a reservation database to ensure accuracy Assisting with the hiring and training of new Resort employees as needed Assisting with ongoing facility maintenance Upholding the Core Values of the Pittsfield Veterinary Hospital and Shaker Hill Pet Resort Requirements: 3+ Years of working with animals in a professional environment 1+ years of supervisory experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Think you're the resort manager we've been dreaming of?
