3rd Grade Teacher
for the upcoming 2025-26 school year. This candidate can help students learn and apply higher-order thinking skills and is qualified to teach elementary school. This teacher will be required to plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program for an elementary school teacher and perform all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.
Salary is commensurate with certification and years of experience. Qualifications:
BS / BA Degree in Elementary Education. Florida Department of Education Elementary K-5 teaching certificate, temporary or professional required. Excellent oral and written English language communication skills, including a clear speaking voice. Good spelling and grammar required. Proficiency with Apple technologies such as iPad and proficiency in Canvas, Plus Portals, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; PowerPoint a plus. Excellent presentation skills with skill in the use of instructional technologies. Supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in a Roman Catholic environment preferred. Must have knowledge of basic tenets of the Catholic Church.
