COLSA is seeking a Power Platform & Integration Analyst
to support our customer on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. This role drives low-code automation and data integration across Microsoft 365, JIRA, Salesforce, and Tableau environments, advancing mission efficiency through intelligent design and seamless connectivity. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in SharePoint and Power Platform with a problem-solving mindset, building modern solutions that streamline processes, reduce human error, and deliver actionable insights through interactive applications and dashboards. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) Integrate Connectors and APIs with JIRA, Salesforce, and Tableau Embed integrations and workflows within Microsoft Teams Identify process deficiencies and design automation to reduce repetitive tasks and human error Create interactive analyst applications and dashboards; PowerApps required Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies including AI, automation, and advanced data visualization Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver measurable improvement At COLSA, people are our most valuable resource and centered at our core value. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience Minimum of 7-12 years of related experience Strong foundation in SharePoint and Power Platform development Proven experience integrating with REST APIs and third-party platforms (JIRA, Salesforce, Tableau) Hands-on experience building interactive dashboards and analyst apps; PowerApps is a must Focus on low-code solutions and rapid deployment Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance Preferred Qualifications: Scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Python (beneficial but not required) Familiarity with Teams application integration and automation patterns Experience defining KPIs and creating data visualizations that drive decision-making Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
