Safran Electrical & Power is a leading global provider in aircraft electrical systems and in the electrification of equipment and propulsion. This role supports IT infrastructure across U.S. sites, focusing on systems (approx 200 servers) and networks handling restricted or regulated data. The position leads a multidisciplinary team and coordinates with global IS teams to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable infrastructure aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities

Lead and manage IT infrastructure teams across U.S. sites, supervising a team of approximately 20 professionals responsible for deployment and operations of IT components and services. Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems that support restricted environments, ensuring compliance with U.S. regulatory frameworks (e.g., CMMC, ITAR) for all infrastructure components. Plan, resource, and execute infrastructure projects in alignment with business objectives; provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members; foster a culture of continuous improvement. Assign experts and oversee project execution to ensure adherence to company technical standards and processes. Maintain and monitor day-to-day operations of IT systems, including application middleware and infrastructure components; ensure adequate cybersecurity and documentation. Coordinate with global IS teams to align infrastructure strategies and standards. Adhere to safe work practices and contribute to the health, safety, and environmental program and culture. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field – Required Master's Degree in Information Systems or related field – Preferred Experience: 8–10 years in Network, Storage and System Administration; 5+ years in technical team management; experience in matrix organizations and organizational transformation is a plus; budget and project management experience is a plus.
