Key Autism Services has a Mentoring program for newly certified BCBAs. We provide an extra layer of clinical support via one-to-one mentoring with a Mentor assigned to you. While in the program, you have a reduced caseload to focus on learning. We believe investing in you and providing resources to develop your clinical skills and confidence is critical for long-term success and job satisfaction.

Home-based in Birmingham, Huntsville, Mobile, and Montgomery regions

Colorado:

Home-based in Boulder, Colorado Springs, Greater Denver; Clinic-based in Centennial, CO

Georgia:

Home-based around Atlanta; Clinic-based in Atlanta, Cartersville, Conyers, Cumming, Douglasville, Honey Creek, Kennesaw, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Lithia Springs, Peachtree City, Riverdale, Stockbridge

Illinois:

Home-based in Chicagoland; Clinic-based in Norwood Park, Palos Heights

Massachusetts:

Home-based throughout most of Massachusetts; Clinic-based in Southborough, MA

North Carolina:

Home-based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, Winston-Salem; Clinic-based in Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh, Winston-Salem

Tennessee:

Home-based in Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville regions

Requirements:

Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable)

Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, etc.)

Maintain Safety Care Specialist status

Reliable personal transportation

Previous ABA experience

Comfort working with families and providing in-home services

Job Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, supervise RBTs, support families, and review program effectiveness. Be part of a compassionate team dedicated to continuous improvement and growth. Handle client intake, scheduling, credentialing, and billing with support from our teams. Work with children and families to develop individualized plans and unlock potential.
