Key Responsibilities Review and edit diverse written content to eliminate spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors Maintain consistency in style, tone, and voice throughout company communications Collaborate closely with writers and editors, providing constructive feedback and implementing revisions Verify the accuracy of facts, dates, and references within all content Uphold tight deadlines while consistently delivering high-quality work Support the development and enforcement of internal editorial standards Champion clarity and precision in every piece of writing Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field Proven professional experience as a Proofreader or in a similar editorial role Exceptional command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules Keen attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors swiftly Strong written and verbal communication skills, fostering smooth collaboration Ability to work independently and as a valuable team member Track record of meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality Preferred Qualifications Experience working with digital content management systems Familiarity with various style guides (AP, Chicago, MLA, etc.) Background in a fast-paced, remote working environment If you are driven by delivering flawless content and take pride in upholding editorial excellence, Meedalogix offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as part of our collaborative and quality-focused team.
