We are seeking a FULL-TIME Associate Veterinarian to join our team. We have flexible doctor scheduling to fit your needs and support work-life balance.

2 fully equipped surgery suites
Brand new ultrasound
9 exam rooms
Routine & advanced surgery, including orthopedic surgery
Tonometry
In-house lab
Appointment and walk-ins
Prosal Compensation with a base range of $120k - $140k. Compensation commensurate with experience, skills, schedule, and the scope of services provided.
Mentorship and collaboration with doctors on staff
Vacation/sick paid time off
401(K) with company match
Paid dues/fees for AVMA, CVMA, State License, and DEA
Paid Continuing Education
Covered 100% liability insurance
For new graduates, this position will be included in the NVA Illinois Mentorship Program. In this program, our ADVMs will have access to:
One-on-one surgical and medical support from Dr. Emily Doemland- Illinois Mentor
Suite of wellness programming focusing on stress management and cultivating a balanced approach to your life
Cohort of other new graduate ADVMs in Illinois with planned social events, team bonding, and engagement, regardless of current clinic worked in.
