We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team at Heritage Village of Waterville. This pivotal role involves overseeing nursing operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhancing the quality of care provided to our residents. Join us in our commitment to excellence in healthcare. Starting salary is negotiable, with a typical range around $110,000 annually. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, with start and end times flexible based on community needs. This position is part of the community management team and will participate in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation. Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to best practices in patient care. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with regulatory standards. Oversee the creation and management of individualized care plans for residents. Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and Medicare regulations and other healthcare standards. Conduct regular assessments of patient health status and adjust care plans as necessary. Foster a collaborative environment among clinical staff to enhance patient outcomes. Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional development.
