Director for our Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology Lab . What You’ll Do As the
Director of the Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology Lab , you will have
24-hour management
responsibility over these critical units, overseeing approximately 25 full-time employees (FTEs). You’ll ensure patient care meets or exceeds the highest standards while leading a talented team to success. Key Responsibilities Include
Full management of the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology Lab
Assuring top-tier patient care in accordance with national standards
Collaborating with staff and physicians to ensure seamless operations and quality improvement
Driving team engagement and development, ensuring that the best patient outcomes are met
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing;
Master's Degree required
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and at least 2 years of progressive management experience
License/Certification:
Current RN license in the State of Nevada;
BCLS Certification required
Expertise in
Cath Lab
and
Interventional Radiology
is essential
Proven leadership experience in a Director-level role at a large acute care facility
Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
$118,000 - $157,000
