with hospitality or healthcare construction project experience to join our team in
Phoenix, AZ !
A PENTA Senior Project Engineer will help initiate and track RFIs, Drawings, and Submittals. You will be accountable for running subcontractor meetings and coordinating the subcontractors including the BIM model coordination.
To perform this role successfully, the ideal candidate will: Initialize project document logs (RFIs, Drawings, Submittals, etc.). Assume responsibility for coordinating and tracking the distribution and storage of all project engineering documents, including: drawing sets, specifications, sketches, ASIs, permits, etc. Track status and obtain permits to ensure no disruption in the construction schedule. Assist Superintendent and Safety Director with the creation of a project specific safety plan. Collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to maintain the Master Project Schedule. We trust that you have: 3-6 years of Project Engineer construction experience. 2-3 years of experience working on hospitality or healthcare commercial
construction
projects. OSHA 30 Hour Certification. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, preferred.
