Pinelake Church
SUMMARY:
This position serves on the Starkville Worship team by leading production aspects of the ministry under the leadership of the Worship Pastor. The role involves developing and implementing strategies in spiritual care, recruiting, equipping, and assimilating servant leadership within the production ministry at the Starkville Campus.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with the overall goals and objectives of Pinelake Church.
Support other staff members to foster teamwork and achieve objectives.
Maintain a vital personal walk with the Lord through Bible study, prayer, meditation, and practicing L3.
Prioritize home life, including spouse and children if applicable.
Support Pinelake's ministries through wise stewardship of resources.
Participate actively in the community.
Practice personal Emotional Healthy Spirituality.
Perform duties to glorify Christ and advance Pinelake's mission (Colossians 3:23-24).
Embody the 7 H’s of staff culture: Humility, Honor, Honesty, Hunger, Holy Spirit, Health, and Harmony.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and lead recruitment, assimilation, and training of leaders in video, lighting, audio, staging, and production.
Lead spiritual discipleship and development of production team members.
Manage and support A/V needs for events at Starkville Campus, including weddings, funerals, Bible studies, and outside events, utilizing Rock management software.
Assist in designing staging elements under the guidance of the One Church Production Director.
Collaborate with the Worship Pastor to lead production teams for Sunday and corporate services, ensuring alignment with service vision.
Develop and oversee the visual and technical aspects of services, including video, lighting, sound, and mood, to support the message.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise servant leaders within the production team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily; accommodations may be made for disabilities.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with four to six years of related experience and/or training; expertise in FOH audio, lighting, and video systems is essential.
