Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) Proposed Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 hour shifts What you’ll do

Provide primary clinical support to veterinarians and patients as a Credentialed Technician; assist VTS and specialists in specialty procedures and patient care. Respond quickly and calmly to critical situations, maintaining high standards of patient care. Communicate professionally with clients, referral partners and co-workers in person and on the phone. Develop and deliver in-house trainings and continuing education for MedVet and the Referral Partner Community. Mentor and onboard new team members. Provide client and referral partner education. Assist veterinary specialists in specialty procedures. Who you are

VTS Certification from a NAVTA-recognized academy required. Utilize critical thinking skills. Proficient in calculations (drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.). Flexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessary. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
