Perform maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, utilities, fixtures, and structures, including trades such as carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, air-conditioning, plastering, roofing, painting, etc. Conduct visual examinations and operational tests to assess repair needs. Install, modify, repair, troubleshoot, and test systems, fixtures, controls, and equipment using plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manuals. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
High School diploma or GED Minimum five (5) years of trade experience in at least three trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, air-conditioning, roofing, painting) Additional Requirements
Valid motor vehicle operator’s permit and insurability according to the Authority’s Fleet Management Policy. Note: There will be a rolling screening process of applicants, with initial review after the first 50 candidates. Qualified candidates will be referred to the hiring manager, and the process continues until a candidate is selected. Equal Opportunity Employer.
