Our client is seeking a
Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer
to support our engineering services in our water/wastewater market segment in
Marietta, Georgia . Our client specializes in water treatment, wastewater treatment, water & wastewater conveyance, stormwater and infrastructure pump stations. Work elements include water storage, pumping and piping systems, water/wastewater treatment processes, drainage systems, hydraulic modelling, and process modelling. They work in various markets, which include Commercial, Industrial, Transportation, Education, Federal, State, and Local Government infrastructure. Duties Manage project design, including technical quality, people, process, cost, and schedule. Supervise and/or prepare design documents, specifications, and cost estimates. Detailed design engineering and QA/QC checks. Site investigations and construction administration. Identify and manage client deliverables and expectations. Permitting and coordination with federal, state, and local municipalities. Communicate with a high level of professionalism with clients, sub-consultants, and office staff. Function as an account manager for strategic accounts within the business unit and as a firm point of contact for other clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university; a master’s degree in a related field is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience or managing design efforts. PE Required. LEED Certification is a plus. Working knowledge of hydraulic and process modelling.
