Position Summary The Project Manager will lead all phases of complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple project sites and manage all phases: preconstruction, construction, closeout, and post-construction.
Develop and execute project work plans, schedules, and budgets; adjust as needed to meet project goals.
Lead subcontractor selection, coordination, and performance monitoring.
Manage project financials, including estimates, forecasting, change orders, cash flow, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with all contracts, permits, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular site walks to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
Supervise and mentor Project Engineers, reviewing reports and resolving issues.
Maintain strong client, architect, and owner relationships, providing timely updates on project status and adjustments.
Identify potential risks or disputes and implement proactive solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Construction Management, Engineering, or Construction Science .
Minimum
5 years of progressive construction management experience
on projects of increasing complexity.
Strong knowledge of project estimating, scheduling, and cost control.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high-pressure environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on field presence; ability to traverse construction sites, climb ladders, and conduct quality and safety inspections.
