Job #: 25-07191 Pay Rate: 30.00-30.00 $/hour Job type: contractor Location: Wilmington, DE Qualifications: **WORKER WILL BE LOCATED AT THE DUPONT EXPERIMENTAL STATION LOCATION** 200 Powder Mill Road, Experimental Station, E336 – Wilmington, DE 19803 This opening is for one Engineering Associate. **Bachelor's or associate degree in electrical/mechanical or relevant engineering** Responsibilities: Operate and develop benchtop test equipment for characterizing material properties and conducting reliability testing. Learn quickly to become proficient in a range of tests and processes. Be accountable for own contributions in a timely manner. Solve simple problems using scientific reasoning. Use hand-held power tools for sample preparation and hardware modifications. Collect and compile data from tests. Collaborate with multifunctional team members. Maintain the lab, including labeling samples and waste disposal. Maintain, verify, and calibrate lab equipment. Qualifications: Bachelor's or associate degree in electrical/mechanical or relevant engineering. Skilled in programming and data acquisition. Knowledge of CAD modeling. Hands-on electrical engineering knowledge. Strong time management and organizational skills. Motivated to learn and apply new skills. Fluency in English.
