$38.00+ per hour Sign-on bonus:

$15,000 for eligible candidate Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including skills, training, experience, education, and certifications obtained. Job Responsibilities: Microscopically examine and diagnose gynecologic and non-gynecologic slides for infectious, pre-malignant, and malignant disease processes. Perform all duties required by CLIA, including documenting interpretations and hours spent screening. Maintain specimen integrity and patient identification of all samples examined. Enter and report results in the laboratory information system. Maintain confidentiality of patient test results per HIPAA regulations. Comply with local, federal, CLIA and CAP regulations. Participate in CMS-approved proficiency-testing annually, as applicable. Qualifications

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in clinical lab, physical, or biological science Meet CLIA requirements (CFR 493.1483) ASCP Cytotechnologist certification or eligible to obtain certification within one year of start date Licensed Cytotechnologist in the State of Florida Liquid-based cytology training/certification (ThinPrep and/or SurePath), preferred Compliance and equal opportunity
