Our leading nonprofit healthcare client is dedicated to supporting survivors of intimate partner abuse in San Mateo County. They offer a 24-hour hotline, safe house options, legal services, and family-centered mental health therapy. The agency is committed to serving individuals of all backgrounds, including various ethnicities, ages, and abilities. Position Summary

The Mental Health Services Manager (MHS Manager) will provide leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality therapeutic services for survivors of intimate partner abuse. This position will manage day-to-day operations, lead staff development, and ensure program compliance and success. Primary Responsibilities

Leadership & Supervision: Manage a team of clinical staff, coordinators, and interns, ensuring high-quality therapeutic services and compliance with agency standards. Program Oversight: Develop and implement therapeutic programs using evidence-based practices. Ensure program activities comply with contracts and grant deliverables. Operational Management: Monitor case records, oversee budgets, and support timely grant reporting. Community Outreach: Maintain partnerships with local agencies and represent the organization at meetings and events. Required Qualifications

Licensing: Clinical Psychotherapy License (LCSW, LMFT, PhD/PsyD) preferred or in process. Experience: 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a clinical setting. Skills: Experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, EMDR, DBT, etc.). Domestic Violence Experience: Experience serving victims of domestic violence or child abuse is required. Certifications: 40-hour domestic violence services training (can be completed upon hire). Language: Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred). Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Transportation: Valid driver’s license, clean DMV record, and proof of auto insurance required. Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprint clearance. Compensation and Benefits
