skills . We are seeking motivated and skilled Automotive Service Technicians to join our team. Our Service Department is high volume, collaborative, surrounded by cutting-edge technology, and a fun place to work. Grow your career at Garavel Auto Group! Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 annually (depending on experience) Paid flat-rate method with a 40-hour per week guarantee (prorated for days worked). Paid time and half on all warranty work Paid 10 hours per day for manufactured off-site training. (Reimbursed for gas/tolls) Paid $50 for each FCA web-based training certificate. Holiday and Vacation time is paid at your average rate. Productivity Bonus for 111% or higher (paid weekly) Flexible Schedule Shifts:
Monday to Friday (lunch from 12 pm – 1 pm). Only one Saturday a month; when you work on a Saturday, you have a day off during the week. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems. Provide detailed written communication on RO's. Test drive vehicles and components, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Must Haves: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong computer and technical skills Own set of tools (we provide the toolbox and special tools) Ability to fix the job right the first time Exceptional customer service skills Motivated and driven Grit Team oriented Good attitude Physical Demands : Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, up to 100 pounds occasionally, and move in and out of vehicles frequently. Prolonged standing, stooping, and bending are expected.
