This is a full-time role for an Immigration Attorney. The Immigration Attorney will handle a variety of immigration cases. They will conduct client consults, provide legal counsel, and represent clients in court. The Immigration Attorney will also be responsible for preparing and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, and staying updated on immigration laws and policies. Compensation
Salary: $100,000+ Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), PTO Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an Immigration Attorney Experience with humanitarian and family-based immigration Litigation experience Strong research and analytical skills Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Preferences
Fluency in Spanish Virginia bar license 3+ days per week in our Vienna office
