We are seeking a Fluent Spanish-Speaking Immigration Attorney with at least one year of experience in family-based immigration and removal defense. The ideal candidate will have strong legal expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for advocating for immigrant communities. Responsibilities: Manage family-based immigration matters, including I-130 petitions, adjustment of status, waivers, consular processing, and naturalization. Represent clients in removal proceedings, preparing applications for relief such as cancellation of removal, asylum, and withholding of removal. Manage humanitarian-based cases, including U visas, VAWA, and DACA. Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, briefs, and responses to RFEs. Represent clients in hearings before USCIS and Immigration Courts. Conduct client consultations and provide strategic, clear, and compassionate legal advice. Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient and timely case management. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law. Minimum of one year of experience in family-based immigration and/or removal defense. Fluency in Spanish (required). Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and procedures. Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary: $80,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience). Performance-based earning potential. Employer-paid health insurance. 401(k) with employer match.
