SPANISH SPEAKING IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY
who has experience handling cases before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). The candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele. Please do not apply if you are not an attorney or do not have the required qualifications. Salary will depend on your experience and ability to perform the work, with less experienced starting at 90K and more experienced starting at 120K. Training is offered. Duties
Provide legal advice and conduct consultations regarding immigration matters, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, asylum, removal defense, and naturalization. Represent clients in immigration proceedings before USCIS and EOIR. Review immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation. Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other attorneys.
