Real Estate Litigator
to join their dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney to make a meaningful impact in the NYC market. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in real estate litigation, including property disputes, construction claims, landlord-tenant issues, zoning, and land use. Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements. Advocate in trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services. Manage a busy caseload and ensure timely case progression. Qualifications: J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar. Minimum 7 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate or civil litigation. Strong knowledge of real estate law, litigation procedures, and contractual matters. Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship skills. Ability to manage multiple cases with precision and efficiency. Total compensation ranges from $200,000 to $400,000, including base salary and revenue sharing.
