Building Controls Integration Specialist

As a **Building Controls Integration Specialist**, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing power monitoring systems across a designated region. This role combines technical expertise, coding skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high-performance facility operations, quality maintenance, and client satisfaction.* High school diploma or GED* 4+ years of proven work experience in electric/HVAC building controls and power monitoring systems* **CMMS/BAS experience required**, such as: Johnson Metasys Carrier Comfort Network Honeywell/Metricon Niagara* **Programming skills required**, including: BAS: Boolean logic, ladder logic, relay logic, controls theory System Integration: SQL, C++, Java, C#, JSON, Python* Valid state driver’s license (travel to client sites required)* Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical control systems* Ability to read and modify mechanical/electrical drawings* Skilled in programming and troubleshooting building automation systems* Experience with Windows Server environments* Knowledge of industry codes and standards for building automation* Proficiency in CMMS and/or BMS systems* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Outlook)* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities* Ability to work independently and collaboratively* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering* Experience managing critical systems (e.g., data centers, UPS, switchgear)* MatrikonOPC Integrator OPCSI Certification* Exposure to Schneider Electric Power Monitoring Expert (PME)* Niagara 4 Technical Certification Program (TCP)At JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
