As
Java Architect , you will make an impact by creating current and target state architecture for products and services based on domain driven design that power critical business functions. You will be a valued member of the Engineering & Cloud Solutions team and work collaboratively with other architects, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure, and efficient solutions. Responsibilities
Create Current state and Target state Architecture for Products & Services based on Domain Driven Design and JPMC Product Architecture standards. Create Solution Architecture artifacts for Products & Services based on the business concept, goals, objectives while adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements. Build innovative solutions that can help solve business and technical challenges. Foster an environment of collaboration & shared success. Build deep & trusted relationships with the dev teams and Product partners. Proactive adoption of innovative technologies to enable rapid delivery. Ensure architecture design decisions can be actioned by development teams. Work model

Over 12 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on serving as a Java Architect, specializing in the design, development, and debugging of Java Spring Boot applications deployed on AWS, with a React-based front-end. Good experience in building Java, Spring Boot applications, processing data from streaming source (Kafka), and API. Experience in AWS services like ECS, Lambda, Event bridge, MSK, etc. Real time transactional systems. No SQL experience (preferably Mongo). These will help you stand out
Exposure to API development through Node (Java script). Understand existing applications and suggest improvements (Performance, coding etc.). Good Front end knowledge especially in React. AWS AppSync, GraphQL language and schemas, GraphQL queries, AppSync API definition. Mongo aggregate pipelines. Salary and compensation
The annual salary for this position will be between $113,459 to $195,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
