We’re looking for a talented Frontend Web Developer with strong skills in React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS to help us craft elegant, scalable, and highly performant UIs for our web applications.

Role Description / About the Job:
As a Frontend Developer, you’ll join a lean, fast-paced engineering team shipping high-impact features to our users. You’ll collaborate with product & backend teams, influence UX, and help us raise the bar on design systems & accessibility. Remote Location(s):
United States. Blossend is fully remote with optional hybrid in Austin, TX. Responsibilities:
Develop responsive, accessible UIs using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to build features end-to-end. Write clean, reusable components and implement best practices in UI/UX. Optimize frontend performance, SEO, and page load speed. Stay updated on trends in web development, design systems, and accessibility standards. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of experience in modern frontend development. Experience building applications with Tailwind, React hooks, SSR/SSG with Next.js. Familiarity with accessibility (a11y) and responsive UI design patterns. Basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3) and headless CMS integrations is a plus. Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years experience in frontend development. Proficient in React & ecosystem (Next.js, JSX, state management). Experience integrating with REST APIs and working closely with backend teams. Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development. Your code will be seen by thousands of users — help us shape the public experience of Blossend & OpenMyPro.
