Total Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 up to base salary tiered and based on experience and competency. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Conduct assessments Provide training to parents and staff Collaborate with other team members and BCBA Maintain records and documentation Attend professional development activities Supervision of RBTs The BCBA will have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 up to base salary tiered and based on experience and competency Hourly Compensation $80 - $100 Qualifications
Master\'s degree in ABA or related field BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) certification 2+ years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA Strong understanding of ABA principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work flexible hours Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation About Kids Club ABA
