Your primary goal is to create a safe and enjoyable environment for pool guests. Your priority is to make residents feel at home by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation while ensuring their safety. Responsibilities include: Greet and assist pool guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Provide information about pool hours and other relevant details promptly and professionally. Enforce the pool's safety rules. Set up and arrange pool furniture for ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. Keep a constant watch over the pool area to prevent accidents and respond quickly to emergencies. Maintain accurate records of pool attendance and incidents. Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and direct sunlight. Maintain the pool stand stocked with approved amenities. Follow weather protocols to ensure the well-being of swimmers and guests. Follow property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access. Wear a supplied uniform. Enjoy interacting with residents and guests. We seek a candidate who works well independently and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential.
