$23.25/hour SUMMARY The event security officer will possess honesty, integrity, tolerance for diversity, good judgement, and the ability to resolve conflict in a constructive manner without the unnecessary use of physical force or escalating the situation. Additionally, the appointee shall always present a courteous and professional attitude and appearance. The appointee will have a record of dependability and being on time for scheduled events.

Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner Ensure security protocols are followed Provide a safe and secure atmosphere for visitors Familiarity with stadium facilities and wayfinding systems Ability to work in all weather conditions, walk up and down stairs, along withstand for long periods of time Being a team playerwith effective communication and interpersonal skills Maintain consistent attendance, uniform appearance, along with aprofessional appearance The ability to read and comprehend instructions, policies and procedures Perform all other duties as assigned by Security Management
Education and Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. High school diploma or GED Ability to pass a background check 18 years of age or older Previous security experience preferred, but not required

The time commitment expected of this position varies based on the stadium’s event schedule Event teammates will often have the opportunity to work night and weekend shifts during move-in, move-out, as well asevent days
Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is: $23.25 The hourly rate applies to the current posting. The posted hourly rate may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set. Company: FGI Company: Gameday
