July 30, 2025 Salary Range: $139,825.00 To $156,275.00 Annually About This Opportunity As our District Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind revenue growth and market expansion in your assigned district. You'll lead a dynamic team of Territory Managers and channel partners while collaborating directly with our Regional Vice President of Sales to translate corporate vision into field success. What You'll Do Strategic Leadership Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute district-level sales strategies Lead comprehensive territory and account planning that drives measurable revenue growth Translate corporate initiatives into winning field execution strategies Team Development & Coaching Coach and develop Territory Managers through strategic one-on-one sessions and joint customer calls Build a high-performance culture focused on excellence, accountability, and customer success Drive talent development and succession planning initiatives Revenue Generation Maintain full accountability for district revenue targets and growth objectives Personally engage with strategic accounts and high-value opportunities Lead channel partner relationships to maximize market penetration Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Vertical Industry teams Provide voice-of-customer insights to support product development and market strategies Ensure alignment between sales efforts and broader company objectives What We're Looking For Experience & Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience 3+ years in sales leadership with direct reports or channel oversight Industrial automation, manufacturing technology, or capital equipment sales experience strongly preferred Proven Track Record Demonstrated success managing sales teams to consistently exceed revenue targets Experience with territory planning, sales strategy execution, and performance optimization Strong coaching and team development capabilities Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical abilities with business acumen for strategic decision-making Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools Ability to travel 30-40% within assigned territory Why Choose TURCK Inc.?
