Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP is seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join our award-winning team. Handle a variety of litigation matters including wrongful death, premises liability, personal injury, construction, breach of contract/business disputes, and more. Manage every aspect of cases from inception to resolution, including legal strategy, research, drafting pleadings and motions, and discovery. Argue motions in court, attend mediations, and participate in trials. Work with a diverse range of clients including individuals, businesses, and organizations. Collaborate with team members and be mentored by experienced partners. Qualifications

3 - 7+ years of civil litigation experience, with at least one year of experience defending tort claims. Experience conducting legal research, reviewing and analyzing documents, and drafting memoranda on complex legal issues. Proficiency with preparing pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, drafting motions and legal briefs, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and appearing in court. Taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and attending mediations, is preferred. Trial experience is a plus! Exceptional communication and advocacy skills along with a client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes. Desire and/or ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Current admission to the Arizona State Bar is required. Benefits
