Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, either plaintiff or defense side. Trial experience is desired but not required. Should be comfortable working on a wide variety of litigation matters (e.g., class actions, breach of contract, defamation, employment law, personal injury, construction disputes). Proficiency in legal research and writing. Strong communication skills. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Licensed to practice law in MO. Skills
Ability to handle a wide variety of litigation matters. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. The law firm deals with Personal Injury, Class Action, Products Liability, and Business Litigation matters. In 2015, Ryan Keane secured the largest settlement in the state of Missouri.
